I've created an horrible script that "just works" with github actions

I'm neither a pythonista nor a github actions expert, so any help refactoring this mess is more than welcome 馃槃

Probably it's better to keep separated the file generations from the parsing of the file (which might be useful to run against pull request to check that everything is in order)
