Please add "skip duplicated words" reader option to dsl, tabfile and slob

I have downloaded "Ar-En_Morphological.dsl.dz" from:
http://dadako.narod.ru/index.html

The problem after conversion that I have 6 duplicated entries (words and definitions) for each word.

See this:

All plugins don't support "skip duplicated words" reader option except zim plugin.

Could you please add this ability to these plugins and try the file yourself?

You can now pass --skip-duplicate-headword for every format.

I removed the zim option since it's redundant now.
