I originally started out as a solo entrepreneur in e-commerce. Then I tried my hand at web design in a web agency. Thanks to these small steps, I discovered software development. At the end of 2021, I decided to go into this field by taking a crash course in JS and introduction to computer science at Harvard. It was difficult for a complete beginner, but I was fascinated.
I taught myself the basics of HTML, CSS, Javascript and React on the frontend and NodeJS, MongoDB and Express on the backend. I joined the Ecole 42 to develop my coding skills in C/C++. My long-term goal is to have the skills to solve difficult problems for businesses. I admire the level of other developers, I realise how little I know but I'm really enthusiastic about improving my web development skills so that I can soon join a technology company.
