Allow bgcolor for transparent png to jpg #175

Would it be possible to set the background when converting a transparent png to jpg?

Eg. sun_256.png?width=100&format=jpg&bgcolor=white, that way we could avoid the "normal" black background when going from png to jpg

This has been fixed in the master branch. (Also, the default for png->jpg is now white)
