Imbo should have some sort of event listener that could be used as a logger. Everyone has different needs with regards to logging, so it's important that the listener is quite configurable, and it should probably even be easily extendable by other classes so people can easier do custom stuff.

We really need this, along with a simple way of triggering it throughout the system. Scheduling it for 2.1.

I guess we can safely say that this should be scheduled for 2.2 as 2.1 was released yesterday, without this functionality.
