Update Behat to latest version #404

We should upgrade to the latest version of Behat to be able to use the latest features. I'm guessing features might need a bit of adjustment, but to be honest, they already do. Preferably they should all be able to pass individually, not relying on the previous scenario to have completed.

I'd like to rewrite big parts of these tests while doing the upgrade. I have plans to test multiple adapters and not just the adapters hardcoded to be used as the suite works today.
