For ndpi pages that are part of the pyramid (e.g. should be tiled) that only contain one frame, manipulate frame size in the jpeg header to an even number of MCUs before cropping/extending the frame. Otherwise jpegturbo produces a border along the edge.
Only change is in opentile/ndpi_tiler.py
