Executive Summary of Features:

Given given teams, resources (nets/fields),  constraints (e.g. one match per
team per day):

* Generate Tournament Schedule 
* Track and Manage Tournament Progress
* Playoff Schedule at the end of League Round

This interface will be command line based and the input and output would be file
based for the first phase. Later this could become a webapp.
