Solves issue DictionaryInitializable: Replace failable initializer with throwable initializer #25.
init?(dictionary) → init(dictionary) throws in DictionaryInitializable.
Updated everything accordingly to renaming checklist.
Added Jayme 2.0 Migration Guide with relevant information for both automatic and manual changes.
