allow customers to view / set reverse DNS for IP and also port status in ports view

Would like an option to allow customers to view, and eventually set their own reverse DNS in the ports view page.

Also display the port status e.g "Connected/Awaiting X-Connect/Quarantine" might be useful in customer page.

as a more general thing, it would be useful to allow users to edit anything safe / relevant for them to edit. E.g. customer details, peering contacts, phone numbers, maxprefixes, AS-SET, peering with AS112 / RS, etc.

Agreed. The aspects of what users can edit needs review and improvement. On the todo list.
