npm sigstore provenance check requires repository.url to exactly match
the URL recorded in the GitHub attestation. GitHub's canonical org
casing is "InfernetProtocol" (mixed case); lowercase
"infernetprotocol" → 422 Unprocessable Entity on every publish:

  Error verifying sigstore provenance bundle: Failed to validate
  repository information ... expected
  "https://github.com/InfernetProtocol/infernet-protocol"

Bulk-rewrote across all 14 publishable packages. Bumped to 0.1.25
(0.1.24 burned the tag on the failed publish; nothing actually made
it onto npm at that version).
