For anyone interested in this functionality, I could use some help building, testing, and tweaking this image. I am not very familiar with Powershell or Windows in general and do not have any Windows machines to test on. I have a VM, but I'm pretty sure I messed up in setting it up.

Thanks for any members of the community for any help with this docker image.
