Unable to read memo fields in f5 type tables #55
Comments
I can send you a sample of the table if that helps. |
Yes, please send me some sample files and I'll see what I can do. |
OK I feel stupid. I was preparing a sample for you and guess what... what I thought wasn't working was. Sorry for bugging you.... I do have one question... Any chance we'll be able to access Visual FoxPro memo fields soon ? Type "30" |
OK I'm back I thought it was working... It's not :( Here's my sample ruby code and the actual files. I get an error when I try to access any data in the actual record. Thanks for your help! On Tue, Jul 2, 2013 at 11:31 AM, Keith Morrison notifications@github.comwrote:
Thanks |
No code or sample files made it through. Please resend them to me at keithm@infused.org and I'll take a look today. Thanks, |
Fixed in 02638e4 and released in v2.0.5 |
Thank you very much for fixing this issue!!! FYI memo fields are working for me in the "30" file type! |
You are very welcome! |
Really love this library. I have files in Visual FoxPro format with memo fields.
In the docs it says that Memo fields are supported in f5 type tables. I am unable to read memo field data from f5 type tables.
Thanks
Rod
