Unfortunately I do not have the ability or resources to figure out the Windows issue. Was hoping that the manifest file would help resolve to the local dll, but doesn't appear to be the case. Will have to leave to a future endeavor for someone to fix |

Looks like this fixes the Unix builds so merging for now |
