I know this isn't a code issue, but, the README.md references these servers. These also have important information on them pertaining on how to get things working. CloudFlare reports an Error 522 on both URLs. I've tried this on 3 different ISPs and 3 different computers.

From CloudFlare:
Error 522 means that the request was able to connect to your web server, but that the request didn't finish. The most likely cause is that something on your server is hogging resources.

Looks like the VPS box was in a bad state:
