Switch to tasty-discover

Description

The switch to tasty-discover affords us more flexibility because the discovery tool supports a wide range of test types.

tasty-discover supports hspec (previously hspec-discover was used), so there is no regression in terms of test types supported.

tasty also tells you how to re-run that specific test for each test that failed. For example:

      Use "--pattern '$NF ~ /TxMetadataNumberOutOfRange/' --hedgehog-replay '1: Seed 4728764660645527119 2003600736746438781'" to reproduce from the command-line.

      Use -p '/TxMetadataNumberOutOfRange/' to rerun this test only.

tasty-hedgehog is used to adapt property tests to tasty.

Note on CI

If your PR is from a fork, the necessary CI jobs won't trigger automatically for security reasons.
You will need to get someone with write privileges. Please contact IOG node developers to do this
