Review Hydra Pay

Why

The https://github.com/obsidiansystems/hydra-pay project is coming to an end soon and we want to make sure the produced code is comprehensive / usable by interested developers.

What

One of our team (who have not been involved in the actual making of this) shall try to set up a Hydra Pay service and run any included examples / demo. If not possible, or running into problems this issue shall be used to track these challenges.

I played with the HydraPay and both nix and docker variants work correctly. There is a slight issue with copy button not working on chrome for me but that can be easily on my end. Firefox works as expected.

@v0d1ch If you can run the whole thing and were able to find your way around, we can consider this done and also close the project with Obsidian (you press "close" if you agree :))
