Why

Some crates upgrade include breaking changes:

  • sqlite
  • http

What

We need to upgrade these crates to their latest version and handle the breaking changes

How

  • Upgrade sqlite crate
  • Upgrade http crate

We have postponed the upgrade of the http crate as it crated conflicts with the re-exposed version used by warp.
