Why

We need more flexibility for the publication process to npm registry. Even if the publication done when releasing a new distribution is very convenient, there are edge cases where we need to publish to npm registry on demand.

What

Implement a manual npm publication workflow and document it.

How

  • Create manual workflow to publish to npm registry
  • Add runbook to manually publish to npm registry
