Upgrade cupi to mio 0.6.1.

In particular do not use the deprecated EventLoop and use the Pool directly.
Update the button example to show how to use timers.

I haven't tried it on raspberry yet.

Note that I'm an expert in neither mio nor cupi. It just looked the right thing to do without changing too much things.

From what I can tell it works fine.
