Due to the 'has client certificate fingerprint' line reporting on a different numeric than the 'has an ssl connection' line some clients, mainly mIRC, fail to recognize that it's part of the /whois output and thus put it in the wrong window.

I was wondering if we could change this to run on the same numeric as the 'has an ssl connection' line without any problems.

not without potentially breaking things that use the existing numeric, or (stupid) things that check the formatting of the SSL numeric.
