Error occurs while uploading CSV Results. #1874

Steps that you should follow in order to see the bug, ie.

Go to 'Samples' page.
Click on Upload Results button.
On Upload Results page click on "Add File" button.
Upload the CSV file of created samples from the system.
Click on "Upload Result" button.
A pop message appeared, Click on Continue button.
It throughs an error.

Expected

It should allow to upload samples result successfully without any error.
