Any plans to support python 3.11?

Hi!

Are there any plans to build this package for python 3.11? I would try to do this myself, but I can't find a way to download the classic Intel C compiler...

Got it to build with gcc. Conda-forge compatible packages here: https://anaconda.org/chillenb/mkl_umath/files
Although GCC cannot use SVML, it can call VML for large arrays just fine.
