Goals and Success Criteria:

  1. Integrate snap with Kubernetes on a node level, to retrieve Docker level metrics, and allow Heapster to consume data exposed by snap
  2. Horizontal Pod Autoscaler can scale pods based on metrics collected by the new pipeline.
  3. snap metrics available in Grafana (Heapster publishing to InfluxDB)
  4. snap dockerized for easy installation on minions

Non-Goals

  1. Integration of snap on a cluster level
