Interledger over ETH

For sending Interledger payments over ETH, we use the solidity contract ledger.sol, deployed to Rinkeby at 0x8B3fBD781096b51e68448C6e5B53B240f663199F. This contracts allows you to prepare, fulfill, and reject transfers, and you can put the ILP packet in the memo.
