Arazzo documentation for Open Payments flows — proposal submitted

Hi, I've submitted a proposal for the Arazzo documentation track of the SDK grant program.

The work is already complete. I've written and validated five Arazzo 1.0.1 workflow files covering all meaningful Open Payments flows:

• Create incoming payment (3 steps)
• Create quote (3 steps)
• Full end-to-end payment (9 steps, including interactive grant)
• List and read resources (7 steps)
• Complete incoming payment (3 steps)

All five files pass Redocly CLI validation. The repository also documents three known limitations of Arazzo 1.0.1 that implementers should understand.

This grant program is not a "feature bounty" program. It funds proposals for work to be done, not work that has been done prior to our agreement on project scope and requirements.
