@mek, this fixes what you reported at #427 , a similar code change will hopefully fix #361 at line https://github.com/internetarchive/openlibrary/blob/master/openlibrary/plugins/inside/code.py#L47
There are maybe more places where the encoding needs to set for urlencode, I have not yet checked
