deposit: errors on DOI field is not reported #1129

Describe the bug

Errors on the DOI field is not reported.

Steps to Reproduce

Enter an invalid DOI:

Click on 'Save draft'
See that the error is not reported:

See that the field is not marked with red and cleared:

Expected

That the error message is displayed
That the DOI field is marked red
That the existing value is not wiped.

Now, this only happens on creation. Other issues were fixed
