This PR removes Dinghy from
dock-clias it's not longer required as docker-machine became enough.Also, it uses the environment generation mechanism from
docker-machinethat supports Fish, so it fixes #4.Fixes #81 by detecting PHP 5.4.
No longer timeouts when installing so fixes #87.
Check the home directory only on OSX, fixes #85.
