feat(angular): remove IonBackButtonDelegate (#29030)

## What is the current behavior?

We currently export two versions of the `ion-back-button` angular
implementation: `IonBackButton` and `IonBackButtonDelegate`.

- Removes `IonBackButtonDelegate` in favor of `IonBackButton`
