Feature Request: Lunch Android or iOS without a new server instance

Problem:
Currently whenever we "Run iOS" or "Run Android" a new dev server is started in a different port.
Possible Solution:
It would be preferably to have these skip starting a new dev if "Run Web" is already started and running.

Thanks for the suggestion @rgilsimoes. I think a rework of that area in the extension is needed. There are a lot of different ways people debug / run / live reload etc. I've got this on the todo list.
