No pilot installed? You can still contribute: tell us whether your release check is a visual smoke test, an assertion, a diff or a manual check. For the label exercise, a green command does not count as checking the output. Open the built page and look for B. This is a test recipe, not a claim that a bug has been found. |

Uh oh!
There was an error while loading. Please reload this page.
You change one label. You want to check the result—not repeat work the build already knows how to do.
Ionify keeps valid build knowledge across local runs to reduce repeated work. This week's Build Lab starts with one small check: does your next production build deliver the edit you just made?
One edit, one visible result
pnpm exec ionify build.Build Lab AtoBuild Lab B.If you record time, keep the first build and repeat build separate. A faster timer is useful only alongside the expected output; this recipe is not a measured speed claim.
Start with a short answer
tool + version | command | expected B | actual A/B/errorNo pilot installed yet? Which part of your current edit–build–check loop makes you wait most? A concrete example is welcome.
Optional: make your result reproducible
Add a project/report key, starting state, exact change, whether the process was fresh, and a redacted screenshot or public reproduction. One successful edit validates that case, not every integration. Never include credentials or private source code.
Start with the Ionify guide. If you find a reproducible defect, open an issue and link it here so the investigation stays together.
