Needs a api for expose stats info

Change func (s *SFU) stats() to func (s *SFU) Stats() string will be fine?

Sure, we can do that for now. Stats APIs will change significantly in the future though

leewardbound pushed a commit to leewardbound/ion-sfu that referenced this issue Nov 1, 2020

we now expose stats through a prometheus interface
