1.1.0 Aster

This is the second minor release in the Aster series.

Notable changes

• Use ansible-vault to encrypt passwords. Previously passwords are set up as plain text in vars.yml. All passwords except ansible user password and openstack admin password are randomly generated.
• Support ssh-key copy on a deployer to other nodes.
• Upgrade ceph quincy release from 17.2.5 to 17.2.6.
• Support for provider-only network setup. We can skip overlay (=selfservice) network setup by setting overlay_iface_name to null in vars.yml.
• Support netapp ontap_nas storage backend. Burrito now supports two storage backends - ceph and netapp.
• Upgrade btx version from 1.0.0 to 1.1.0.
