Create a Rapide POC that is able to download and produce a car file from multiple gateways at once.

This does not include shipping any code in usual channels (nothing to merge into kubo, it can live in branches and PR for now).

Open items:

  1. add unit tests for verification. Want to prove that in 2 weeks things are still work.

Next steps after the POC:

  1. it assumes all peers have all the content
  2. not able to do caching
  3. benchmark
  4. integrate for ipfs pin add
