Made a mistake last time and they still were for hlink 3.2.6.
… versioning issue in the future The issue is that we need to rerun pip install after bumping the version number and before regenerating the Sphinx docs.

I made a mistake when updating the Sphinx documentation for v3.2.7, so they still said they were for v3.2.6. This pull request fixes that and adds a note to doc/developer.md that should hopefully help avoid this particular issue in the future.
