In 3.6, when a user hovers over a field a pop up appears with a brief explanation of the field. Currently not in 4.0, but needs to be added in. During usability testing, there was lots of confusion about what the metadata fields meant and users asked specifically if the explanations would carry over from 3.6. Presuming we were going to do this anyways but wanted to have it expressly listed.

Keeping track of metadata descriptions in the master metadata file which has a "description" column that can be uploaded into the db:

Eleni, I am giving you this ticket, so that you can get clarification on how Sphinx creates the HTML user guides, and potential options for delivering info from the database, into the RST files that build the guides.

The most likely scenario is we have a JSF-XHTML page that is within the dataverse app and the user guides links to it.

Tooltip functionality needs to be added in for the metadata fields that appear "above the fold" on Create Dataset and Edit/Add Metadata pages.

    Per conversation with jgautier stipped the '@type="person"' attribute in the author fragment;
    since it can be a person or an organization; this results in a warning from google validation tool
