The current use of "util.promisify" and "object destructure" makes node-mkdirp incompatible with lower NodeJS versions like 6.x. This PR aims to make node-mkdirp compatible with earlier Node versions so it can be used in more fundamental packages like "node-pre-gyp".
Note: "tap" itself cannot be run under node 6.x so I manually tested.
