Introduction

ALPR is a platform that would ease the process of validating the number plates of cars in different contexts of business , for example track the cars that are entering or exiting a company's property. The idea is that at the entrance a man will take photos with the phone of the plates entering a property and he will get a response if that car is allowed to enter or not - taking into consideration a provided list with all the allowed cars to enter their departments/branches etc. Also the system will have the ability to count the number of empty/full parking spots by increasing/decreasing the number of cars that entered/exited.

Why Number Plate Validator

Currently this application aims to ease the process of validating the number plates of cars that are entering or exiting a company's property. Also this application is going to solve the following problems:

  • it will be posible to check the daily number of cars entered/exited, as well as accepted and rejected
  • it will be posible to check the parking spots(total, left, occupied)
  • it will be posible to check the list of all registered cars , as well as details about them
  • it will be posible to receive a notification in case an announcement is posted
