What permissions are needed to get AuRo to work?

I'm getting this message when I try to use AuRo. No permission dialog is appearing, and I don't know what I'm looking for in browser settings. Can you help?

Got it. I don't know why the dialog wasn't popping up on that domain, but once I manually enabled the microphone permission it started working. The dialog is appearing on other domains too. 🤷
