Let's get the Istio org verified so the users know they're in the right place.
Owner perms are needed for verification

I started the process. Should be complete in 3 days.

It said it would take 72 hours, but in fact it took 10 minutes.

istio.io is now a verified domain for GitHub. Unfortunately, the Verified badge doesn't show up because the email address we have listed on GitHub is istio-users@googlegroups.com. If we want the badge, we would need an address on @istio.io instead.

I just removed the email address since it wasn't useful. We now have a Verified badge.
