Leverage Hugo's asset pipeline.

A while back, Hugo added support for a resource pipeline to process
CSS and JS assets. This change removes the custom pipeline I had
setup to use the Hugo one instead. Simpler and cleaner.

Sadly, I can't check this in until Netlify has been updated to use Hugo extended builds. The fix in Netllify has been done, but hasn't been rolled out to prod yet.
