[BUG] Games uploaded via butler can't be downloaded #241

I recently switched from manually uploading files to using butler, but now I can't download games from my project page using Chrome. Works fine on Firefox.

I noticed this happens when your project is set to "HTML".
Downloads work when your project is set to "Downloadable".

Downloads work if you set your page to "$0 or donate", but not if your page is set to "No payments"
