When you start dragging several files to the server it opens a new connection for each one. Since in many servers the connection is limited to 1,2 or 3 connections per host, there are usually errors transferring files. Have present that these connections are added to the current one used by the browser window.
There should be an option in the preferences to manage the whole thing with only one connection: Browsing and queue

Currently, the workaround for this is as follows: Limit the maximum number of simultaneous to a server to one in the 'Advanced' tab in the Preferences. The transfer of a file will then wait until you close the browsing connection. If the browsing connection should be closed automatically, then also check 'Force other connections to close when maximum is reached'.
