i really like this, and how it breaks down when it makes sense to add additional abstraction! i feel like in the context of this class we'll only really get to stage 2, maybe 3, but it's a cool way to show how all of the tools in the front end/back end roadmaps fit into the larger goal of writing lasting and legible code.
