Basic functions on INPUT element

Added two Visual Studio Code extension commands to work with HTML INPUT-element

• ArrangeAttributes, to arrange input attributes in a certain order.
• Textlabel, connect as text as a lable to an INPUT-element of type RADIO, CHECKBOX
