Print preview blank when not using markdown pane #10

Changes made in 09fee56 result in the print preview being blank when the markdown pane is not being used. This is because the print styling only shows the markdown pane, and the markdown pane does not contain anything until it is shown.

This can be fixed by mirroring the edit box contents into the markdown box if the toggle is not set.
