Add possibility to resize to small than x-y

In this moment resize works int this way
when use w200-h200 for image 300x600px imagefly return image 200x400px.

Is any way to
w200-h200 for 300x600px create 100x200px?

but it's not exactly what I need - I look for something what do for settings w200-h200:
for image 300x600px create 100x200px
but for image 500x300px create 200x100px
