• Note: The associated properties are basic types, and are (IMO) improperly modeled
  as extensions of the Measure class. Since the content of the Parameter is not
  relevant to the Association, I have not annotated the Associated Parameter content.

I'm not sure to get the point. associatedParameter is not an extensions of Measure, it is an association from Parameter to Parameter.

Sorry for the confusion. I meant the items which are being associated ( #plates, ObservatoryCode, Quality ).. those things are not Measures, and so I did not annotate the mango:Flag, etc Measures inside those Parameters.
