improved commit experience and added prepare-commit-msg husky script to catch git commit events
removing @commitlint/prompt-cli package in favour of commitizen
cspell throws error because of missing words: ixahmedxi and degit
Updated README with details on how to use commitlint and commitizen for commit messages

This PR adds commitizen as an easier commit messaging helper and additionally adds a husky hook that intercepts
git commitactions and process them through commitlint.Additionally, this PR updates the README file with information on how to commit changes, and adds missing words to the cspell configuration.
